Description
The plains of Colorado intrigue me. I suppose it's because even surrounded by the flatness , I know there are mountains to the west; mountains as intimidating as the broad expanse of the plains. This farmhouse set against a sunset reminded my friend Mark of his aunt's house...hence the title.
